Ariana is an editor with over two decades of focused experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Magazine Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

After graduating, Ariana became a “professional intern” for a year by learning the ropes at magazines like Home & Design, Washingtonian and Glamour.

She landed her first full-time job as an editor at Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food. Ariana was later promoted to the role of Recipes Editor at Martha Stewart Living where she worked for several years finessing recipes and how-to instructions, while writing and blogging about food, entertaining and other lifestyle-related topics.

From there, Ariana took a brief hiatus from print to assist with the launch of TheLatinKitchen.com. She then went on to work at Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine—a role that gave her valuable experience working with freelance writers, recipe developers, food stylists, photographers and public relations professionals, while fostering her writing, top-editing and recipe editing skills.

She continued her magazine career as the Food Editor at Food Network Magazine and as a Contributing Food Editor to The Pioneer Woman Magazine and ThePioneerWoman.com, which enabled Ariana to further develop her editorial and creative skill-sets as she added more names to a long list of celebrity chefs who trusted her with their work.

In 2021, Ariana moved out of magazines and into the tech/ meal-kit industry as the Senior Recipe Editor for HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, and Factor. She was promoted to the Senior Managing Editor of these four brands, leading and overseeing the Editorial Team responsible for producing 200+ recipe cards per week and lending go-to-market and brand partnership support to cross-functional teams in order to execute limited-time offerings for the company. The team also provided editorial support to the company including emergency customer communications and a printed newsletter of original content (The Bite), reaching up to 1 million customers in a single week.

When Ariana isn't busy in the kitchen attempting a new recipe or mixing cocktails with her husband, she's using her free time to write a cookbook for her daughter. She lives by the wise words of her former boss, Martha Stewart, who once told her to "always be entertaining." Ariana has taken on the double entendre in every sense, as both a hostess and a party guest.
